Great piece Aimee! Gives one much to think about!

Humans, the branches of a species, the leaves of a tree. We are contained in a universe the size of a dewdrop even though we often feel larger than the Earth we rest our weary heads upon. We all are connected. We commune without saying a thing. As a species, we will evolve or we will become extinct. That’s the rub of it. We must allow Earth to hug us again, and the trees to teach us again, to survive as a species.
