I must admit this does not include all coaches as yours is very specialized Roz. I have a friend in Pittsburg like you that I hired to help me with my book and she did an amazing job with no certifications or training. She did use good coaching practices and techniques. The only "coaches" that really get on my nerves are the so-called life coaches and their almost complete lack of real training. This also applies to many consultants who think they are coaches, but don't have a clue.
