Unfortunately, Victor’s DNA was not a match with the saliva found on a piece of chewing tobacco that was lying near Karen’s body. As a result, no charges were filed against him but he would later be dismissed from the police force in August of 1996. Victor later moved to Atlanta, Georgia after being cleared of all suspicions and is presumed to still be living there today.
