It is not Top-Down. This is democratic. Empowering. Would the students “buy in” to this policy? The student needs to be “sold” on the product, the course, and the teacher, before one can learn. I learned that in sales. Can students be sold on such a rule? Would such a rule create even more problems? You know, the Law of Unintended Consequences.
