True! I do love mt coffee in the morning to get me started for the day!

The purpose of food and drink is to gain energy (pleasure is a side benefit, not the goal). Food is fuel to get you moving (not a destination telling you to “stop”). That one reminder asks whether all food/activity moves you forward (or makes you sit still in a shameful sludge of sloth).
